专利说明:
The present invention relates to a rolling vehicle intended to be ridden by a child. There are different kinds of gear intended to be ridden by children. These machines are often bulky and occupy an important place in a housing when they are not used. The object of the present invention is to remedy this important drawback. There are also folding machines; these devices are not always very easy and quick to deploy and therefore do not give complete satisfaction. The present invention also aims to remedy this drawback. To achieve at least one of the objectives mentioned above, the machine according to the invention comprises: - a median front upright, comprising at least one front wheel at its lower end; - a seat located at the upper end of the front center pillar; - two deployable arms, pivotally connected, by a front end, to a lower part of the front median upright, and each comprising a wheel at a rear end; these two arms are pivotally movable between an unfolding position, in which the rear ends of the arms are placed at a distance from said front median upright and the rear wheels are located, with the front wheel or wheels, in a plane extending at a distance of the seat, and a folding position, in which the two branches are brought closer to said front upright and the rear wheels are located above the seat; the pivoting planes of said branches form an acute angle with each other; - A movable slide sliding along said median front upright, and two links connected to this slide, on two opposite sides thereof, and connected to said branches, a first link being located on a first side of the median front upright and being connected to a first of said branches, and the second link being located on a second side of the front median pillar, opposite the first side, and being connected to the second branch; the slider is movable along the median front upright between a lower position, in which the links bring said branches to said unfolding position and an upper position, in which the links bring said branches to said folding position; and - releasable means for holding the slide in said lower position. It will be understood that the terms referring to a layout of the vehicle in space, in particular "upper" and "lower", are to be considered while the vehicle is in an unfolding state and with its wheels placed on the ground, and that the terms "front" and "rear" are to be considered in relation to the normal direction of advance of the craft on the ground. In the unfolding state of the machine, the slide is held by said holding means in said lower position and therefore positions the branches at a distance from said front median upright and at a distance from the seat; in this state, the axes of the different wheels of the machine lie on a plane substantially parallel to a plane in which extends, in general, the seat, and located at a distance from this seat, so that the machine can be used by a child coming to sit on the seat. To bring the machine into the folding position, said holding means are released so as to release the sliding of the slide along the front median upright towards said upper position of this slide; the displacement of the slide allows pivoting of the two branches towards said folding position. The machine is thus foldable in a simple and quick way to produce, and has a reduced bulk when it is in this folding state. The angle that the two planes form with each other in which the two branches pivot can in particular be between approximately 30 ° and approximately 80 °. Preferably, said at least one front wheel is pivotally mounted on a base secured to the lower part of said median front upright. This front wheel is thus able to allow the machine to operate turns. Preferably, said base forms yokes receiving the front ends of said branches and thus allowing the pivoting mounting of these branches on the median front upright This mounting of the branches is thus carried out in a simple manner. Also preferably, said base forms some of said releasable holding means; in particular, when these means comprise a pivoting tab integral with the slide, including a picking portion, said base forms a cavity defining a picking rim behind which said picking portion is intended to come in releasable engagement. The base can in particular be produced in a single piece of molded synthetic material, making it possible to manufacture the machine in a simple manner and at a reduced cost. Advantageously, each branch includes a footrest on which the child can support one of his feet. According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the machine comprises a projecting rod, projecting from the rear of the seat, upwards, in an oblique direction inclined towards the rear. This rod is able to be grasped by an adult to drive the machine, so that this adult can maintain control of the machine. The rod can be equipped with a terminal handle and can include means for its length adjustment or its folding. Preferably, said front center pillar and said projecting rod are rigidly connected to each other, by a cross member intended to receive the seat and by a rear median post intended to receive the projecting rod. The assembly thus has an appropriate rigidity and a high resistance. When the machine comprises said projecting rod, according to one embodiment, the machine comprises a circular railing connected on the one hand to a sliding front upright, located in front of the seat, and on the other hand connected to a part rear sliding, able to slide along said rear center pillar; said front sliding upright is capable of sliding between an unfolding position, in which it projects upwards and is capable of placing the railing in a functional position, effective in keeping a child in the seat, and a folding position in which it has descended so as to be in a lower position, placing the railing in a folding position; said rear sliding part is movable between an unfolding position in which it is in a lower position close to the rear of the seat and makes it possible to place the railing in said functional position, and a folding position, in which it located in a higher position, distant from the rear of the seat, and makes it possible to place the railing in said folding position. Thus, the mobilities of said front sliding upright and of said rear sliding part make it possible, in said unfolding position, to place the seat guard, and, in said folding position, to place the railing in a position in which the- body slammed against the seat, so that the machine has a reduced overall size. According to a preferred embodiment of the machine, when the latter comprises this railing: - said front sliding upright comprises at its upper part a transverse gripping bar, suitable for constituting a double handle that the child can grasp at the in the manner of a handlebar and capable of constituting a front portion of said railing, and - the machine comprises parts of removable railing, suitable for being connected, on the one hand, to said transverse gripping bar, and, on the other hand, to said rear sliding part, to constitute the railing. Thus, when the child is very young, the machine can be used with said removable railing parts, to form the railing, and, when the child is older, these parts can be removed so as to keep only the said transverse grip bar, which can then be used as a double handle intended to be gripped by the child, in the manner of a handlebar. According to another characteristic of the invention, said rear sliding part is shaped so as to form a backrest for the back of the child seated on the seat. According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the machine comprises a pocket made of a light and flexible material, in particular of mesh, capable of being hung below the seat, at the lower end of the front median upright and at the rear ends of said deployable branches. This pocket thus makes it possible to constitute a storage for various objects, in particular for children's toys. The invention will be clearly understood, and other characteristics and advantages thereof will appear, with reference to the appended schematic drawing, representing, by way of nonlimiting examples, several embodiments of elements which comprise the set of 'elements it concerns. Figure 1 is a perspective view of the machine, in an unfolding state, according to a first configuration of this machine, usable with a child already a little old; Figure 2 is a perspective view of a frame that includes the machine, middle, two deployable lower branches, a lower front base, a slide and two links connecting this slide to said lower deployable branches; Figure 3 is a partial view of the front part of said chassis, on an enlarged scale, in section along the line III-III of Figure 2; Figure 4 is a perspective view of the machine from the same angle of view as Figure 1, in a folded state of the machine; Figure 5 is a view of the machine similar to Figure 1, in a second configuration of this machine, including a guardrail usable with a very young child; and Figure 6 is a view of the machine similar to Figure 5, in a folded state. FIG. 1 represents a rolling machine 1 intended to be ridden by a child, essentially comprising a median structural element 2, a lower base 3, a pair of front wheels 4, two deployable branches 5, rear wheels 6, a seat 7, an upright 8 in front of the seat 7, comprising a transverse bar 9, and an oblique rear rod 10. The median structural element 2 is more particularly visible in FIG. 2, in which the seat 7, the upright 8, the bar 9 the handle 10 have been removed. As can be seen, this element 2 comprises a lower front upright 2a, a central cross member 2b and an upper rear upright 2c. With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, it appears that the lower front upright 2a is inclined towards the rear and that it is integral, at its lower part, with the base 3. The connection between this upright 2a and the base 3 is produced by means of screws, the base 3 comprising for this purpose at least one screw hole visible in FIG. 3. The middle cross member 2b is intended to receive and support the seat 7. The upper rear upright 2c is inclined backwards; it is tubular and intended to receive the oblique rear rod 10. The base 3 is formed by piece of molded synthetic material; on its front face, it forms a cavity for receiving a hooking portion 32 described below, cavity defining a hooking rim 15. Below this cavity, the base 3 forms a recess 16 allowing the engagement of a user's finger for lifting a pivoting tab 30 described below, comprising said hooking portion. At its upper part, the base 3 is connected to two leaf springs 17 of elastic deformability, to be crossed by a slide 18 engaged on the upright 2a when this slide 18 is in a position close to the base 3 and constitute hard points ensuring the positioning of this slide 18 in this position of proximity with the base 3. At its lower part, the base 3 comprises a vertical cavity 20 for receiving an assembly finger secured to a wheel holder 21 on which is mounted the pair of front wheels 4. Also at its lower part, the base 3 has two yokes 22 in which the arms 5 are pivotally mounted. These two yokes 22 form an angle of the order of 70 ° with each other so that the two planes in which the said branches 5 pivot, form between them an identical angle as the two branches 5, in the position of unfolding of the machine 1 shown in Figure 1 also form between them an identical angle. Each branch 5 is pivotally connected, by a front end, to a yoke 22 of the base 3, and comprises a wheel 6 at a rear end. It includes, fixed to it, on the side of the yoke 22, a footrest 23 on which the child can press his foot when seated on the seat 7. This footrest 23 forms a yoke to which is connected a link 24, itself connected by its end opposite to the slide 18. Referring more particularly to Figures 1 and 3, it appears that the slider 18 comprises said pivoting tab 30, connected to it at an upper end. The tab 30 forms, at this upper end, a cam 31 bearing against the upright 2a, and forms at its lower end, in addition to said hooking portion 32, a projecting lower longitudinal portion 33 constituting a support grip surface for lifting of the tab 30 relative to the slide 18. The seat 7 consists of a molded plastic part. Returning to FIG. 1, it appears that this part forms a pair of front tubes inclined towards the front. The upright 8 is located in front of the seat 7 and is formed by two parallel tubes slidably engaged in the pair of tubes mentioned above, located on the front of the seat 7. Round nipples associated with internal springs in the tubes forming the upright 8 are able to take place in holes in the tubes forming said pair of tubes located in front of the seat 7 These nipples can be inserted into these holes so as to be extracted from the holes and thus make it possible to slide the upright 8 into the folding position shown in FIG. 4. Such a nipple, spring and hole system is of the well known type on children's machines with sliding tubes to be held in one or more positions, in particular on scooters. The crossbar 9 is slightly curved and constitutes a double handle capable of being grasped by a child seated on the seat 7, in the manner of a handlebar. The oblique rear rod 10 is slidably engaged in the inclined upper upright 2c and is able to slide inside of it. It can be immobilized in a determined position by means of a circumferential clamping system, well known in principle, in particular of the same type as a system used to immobilize the tube of a saddle of a bicycle. The rod 10 comprises a grip 36 for gripping at its upper end, intended to be gripped by an adult to drive the craft 1. By comparing FIGS. 1 and 4, it is understood that the two branches 5 are pivotally movable between the unfolding state shown in FIG. 1, in which the rear ends of the branches 5 are placed at a distance from the front upright 2a and the rear wheels 6 are located, with the front wheels 4, in a plane extending away from the seat 7, and the folding state shown in FIG. 4, in which the two branches 5 are brought closer to the upright 2a and the wheels rear 6 are located above the seat 7, one close to the other. In FIG. 4, too, it appears that the upright 8 is in a lowered position and that the rod 10 is retracted into the rear upright 2c, the machine 1 thus having a reduced bulk. In the unfolded state, the slide 18 is held in its lower sliding position along the upright 2a by the engagement of the hooking portion 32 formed by the tab 30 behind the hooking edge 15 formed by the base 3 . To pass from the unfolding state shown in FIG. 1 to the folding state shown in FIG. 4, the user raises the tab 30 so as to release it from its engagement with the base 3 then folds the element median structural 2 in the direction of the branches 5, leading the slide 18 towards its upper sliding position shown in FIG. 4 and bringing the branches 5 into the folding position shown in this FIG. 4. The upright 8 and the rod 10 are brought into their folding position also shown in this figure 4. To unfold the machine 1, the middle structural element 2 is moved away from the branches 5 in a reverse movement, until bringing the tab 30 in engagement with the base 3 and thus immobilizing the machine 1 in its unfolding position. Figures 5 and 6 show a machine 1 of identical structure to that which has just been described, and the elements already described are designated by the same reference numerals. This machine 1 comprises a sliding rear part 40, slidably engaged on the inclined rear upright 2c, which also forms, on the side facing the front of the machine 1, a folder 40a against which the child seated on the seat 7 can support his back. On this machine 1, there have been mounted removable guardrail pieces 41 which, with said transverse bar 9, form a circular guardrail 42 capable of keeping a very young child in position on the seat 7. These pieces 41 are connected to the crossbar 9, on the one hand, and to the rear sliding part 40, on the other hand, in particular by means of screws. By comparing FIGS. 5 and 6, it can be understood that the front upright 8 is able to slide between the unfolding position (see FIG. 5), in which it projects upwards and is able to place the railing 42 in a functional position, effective for holding a child on the seat 7, and a folding position (see FIG. 6) in which he has descended so as to be in a lower position, placing the railing 42 in a folding position space-saving; said rear sliding part 40 is movable between an unfolding position (see FIG. 5) in which it is in a lower position close to the rear of the seat 7 and makes it possible to place the railing 42 in said functional position, and a folding position (see FIG. 6), in which it is in an upper position, distant from the rear of the seat 7, and makes it possible to place the railing 42 in said folding position. It appears from the above that the invention provides a rolling machine intended to be ridden by a child, having the decisive advantages of being compact in the folded state and of being very easy and quick to unfold, according to a simple and intuitive operating mode. The invention has been described above with reference to embodiments provided only by way of examples. It goes without saying that it extends to all the other embodiments covered by the claims appended hereto.
